The NLC was featured in guest blogger Adam Palmer's Weblog at washingtonpost.com.  Adam Palmer is an attorney and an expert in Internet governance, cyber security and e-commerce, as well as a tireless warrior fighting to protect kids from Internet exploitation. As a guest blogger for the Washington Post, Palmer will address his daily work which includes teaching prosecutorial strategies for convicting child predators, particularly producers and consumers of child pornography.

In his initial post, Palmer singled out the NLC for its leadership in supporting and educating prosecutors and law enforcement about this oft-ignored subject.

The NLC is always interested in hearing your feedback on issues related to child sexual exploitation crimes. Please take a moment and visit our Web site to cast your vote in a new poll regarding electronic forensics hardware and software. We are very interested in learning whether you feel your agency has the necessary equipment to conduct effective investigations of all child exploitation cases in your jurisdictions.

Your responses will guide improvements to our training and seminar series and will help further the NLC's understanding of the field work that is essential to protecting children from harm. Feel free to send us an email with more detail about your hardware and software needs if you would like to expand upon your response to the poll question. This information is invaluable as we work to provide state and local law enforcement and prosecutors with the requisite knowledge and tools to achieve more arrests and convictions for child predators.

Thank you for your assistance.
